That's the Way of the World*****[5:45](M.White, C.Stepney, V.White): Bach, Brahms, Beethoven, Mozart , Chopin and all of the other music masters from times past would have been pleased with this virtual cantata' of elegant voices, asserting to the world that life may not easy, but love will prevail. Second single release from "That's the Way of the World" is an exhibition of elegant keyboarding on top of a mid-tempo samba rhythm, layered with ethereal strings, a smooth yet-eager bass lines, crystalline rhythm guitars and earnest strings. Smooth falsetto harmony fusing into whisper-like harmony building up to an operatic tone along with tenor lead vocals in response to the other voices. Keyboards temporarily break the intensity of the music. New intensity is introduced with a brilliantly cheerful guitar solo uplifting "Way of the World" on it's way to another level of distinction. This is further enhanced by Maurice White pleading for the world to hear him out.
