Spirit*****[3:12](M.White, L.Dunn): Title cut and lasting tribute to Charles Stepney. (Stepney unexpectedly passed away in
the midst of producing this album). Vocalist Philip Bailey has produced many shining moments with Earth, Wind and Fire (And
continues to do so) however his performance on the song "Spirit" is quite possibly his brightest. Bailey's vocal
delivery on "Spirit" comes from another place. The background vocals are blissful, horns and strings create a luminous
picture.
