interlude featuring, kalimba, bass and drums.
Group leader Maurice White commented on the liner notes of this album that "It Don't Mean a Thing, If it ain't got
that Swing" and most likely he was referring to "The Speed of Love" when he mentioned swingin'. The "Speed
of Love" boasts an uptempo swing sound, full of hooks, horns and winds, crooning tenor voices of course augmented by
falsetto mastery.
