Kalimba Story***[4:01](M.White, V. White): It's time for the kalimba party begin. The second single released from the "Open
Our Eyes" album is a tribute song about Maurice White's beloved kalimba (It was only a matter of time) . He plays his
kalimba as if it were a guitar and it sounds nice set to the bumpin' friendly 2/4 tempo (Ideal because the bump-dance craze
had reached its frenzied peak between spring and fall of 1974). Johnny Graham's peppery guitar sizzles and Maurice sings lead
with a lot of emotion, their's even a nice bass-line. Just bump your rump to the funk and you can't go wrong.
