Mighty, Mighty!***+[3:01](M.White, V. White): EW&F had integrated elements of funk music in each of their first four albums.
However, Mighty, Mighty! was the vehicle used to fully unleash the funk for the first single release of their "Open Our Eyes"
album. Hard driving drums along with a perpetual manifestation of bass exhileration. Spicy-sweet guitar licks criss-crossing
like tarantulan webs. Held up by Afro-tinged percussion and gritty keyboard strokes topped with futuristic synth horns in
unison with a snaky soprano sax and EW&F had set a new standard for funk music that would progress through the end of the
decade.
