The "L" Word*** (Maurice White, Jon Lind, Nicky Brown & Allee Willis): Uptempo quasi-dance jam, displaying great
lead and background vocals, real brass, strategic synthesizers through every change. There are two concerns with this selection
though, number one, it is the flipside of a single and prominently displayed as a non-album cut, even though it ends up on
the album and number two, the rhythm is eerily similar to the rhythm of the previous song, though there are still enough changes
to know the difference, that's just not something Earth, Wind & Fire is known for.
