2. State of the Heart***: First single released from Bailey's "Inside Out" album is funky, melodic uptempo dance
pop. Bailey's voice is tenor until near the end where he changes to falsetto wth nice results. This song has a nice arrangement.
The music is flawless and there's nothing to dislike about this song, too bad radio station programmers kept "State of
The Heart " at a distance.
