Africano/Power (LIVE: Instrumental medley)**+[5:56](M.White, L. Dunn): Perfect leadoff track for mostly live album. Rhythm
guitars ignite the flame for EW&F to jump into "Power" (From: Last Days and Time). The faster tempo is appropriate
and the soprano sax is ideal for the faster pace. But it's the funky bass riff that makes this live version of "Power"
a standout. The breakdown into
"Africano" (from: That's the Way of the World") is also faster than the studio version, but the changes
are mostly the same. A fiery guitar solo and intense brass section brings this instrumental jam to a stirring climax, and
offers a spectacular start to this classic album.
