Complex bass lines, low-pitched guitars seem inaudible at first, but they add filling to the mostly percussive texture of
this jam. Horns dart in and out of earshot. A cowbell overrides the mix giving "Serpentine Fire" added grit. Funky
styled lead vocals the hook is falsetto harmony and the melody is contagious.
